We've previously heralded Kerry Hotel as one of the best staycations in town, and make no mistake, a large part of that is due to its excellent F&B programme. This yuletide season, you can savour the full range of the hotel's fantastic F&B outlets with a tempting array of Christmas promotions to put you in a merry mood. With the hotel decked out in cheer from strings of sparkling lights to polar bears and sledges in the lobby -- the setting alone is sure to get visitors excited for the holidays.

Wander around "A North Pole Wonderland", a snow-themed installation in the lobby (and watch out for a surprise visit from Santa Claus), then head to one of the hotel's excellent venues for sumptuous seasonal dining. For an all-you-can-eat spread, make a beeline to Big Bay Café featuring a buffet chock-full of seasonal festive dishes and local delicacies, with a glazed turkey and slow-cooked rotisserie ham as the magnificent centrepieces. Old Saint Nick will be popping by on 2425 December, while the Big Bay chefs churn out a festive feast all month long with dishes like lobster thermidor, Hokkaido scallops and Tomahawk steaks. The special menu is available throughout December with prices starting as low as HK$378 for the lunch buffet, while new dishes will be added as we get closer to Christmas Day.
Over in the Lobby Lounge, afternoon tea is the highlight of the Christmas season (starting from 16 December, HK$688 for 2 persons): the typical three-tiered affair gets dressed up with themed hors d'oeuvres such as roast duck, chestnut and pancetta sausage rolls and potted smoked salmon and king prawn. Bite-sized confections are always a treat in the Lobby Lounge's afternoon tea offering, and guests can look forward to sating their sweet tooth with the milk chocolate and apricot yule log and flaky orange and cinnamon scones.

If a grand Chinese feast fits the bill for your family's traditional holiday, look no further than Hung Tong, Kerry's signature Cantonese restaurant outfitted in a stylish maritime theme. Seated amongst the elegantly appointed space, diners this Christmas can tuck into an opulent feast (22, 2425 December, HK$3,688 for 4 persons), including highlights such as braised bird's nest and crab meat in pumpkin soup, and braised fish maw and sliced abalone with seasonal vegetables. Soak in the panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and savour the twists on classics from the world-class culinary team.
Finally, it's not Christmas without free-flowing tipples to go around; for that, you can head straight to Red Sugar, the al fresco bar boasting one of the best views in Kowloon. After whetting your palate with festive cocktails, head indoors to enjoy Red Sugar's 5-course Christmas Eve Set Dinner (HK$1,088 per person), washed down with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne; or come back on 25 December for the Long Christmas Lunch -- the popular Sunday brunch featuring a semi-buffet spread of fresh salads, cheeses and charcuteries matched with free-flowing champagne and wine.
